Rupsha Group is a private company registered under the Company’s Act 1913 of Bangladesh, specialising in global human resource placement. For over 35 years, Rupsha has played a key role in Middle Eastern development, supplying skilled and semi-skilled professionals for major projects in construction, infrastructure, oil & gas, power, healthcare, and agriculture.

Since 1994, Rupsha has been one of only four Bangladeshi firms authorised to provide Industrial Trainees to South Korea, successfully deploying thousands. Starting in the mid-80s, the company has expanded its reach to the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and South America, including Curacao.

While historically focused on male workers, Rupsha has also placed female workers in the Middle East. The late 80s and early 90s saw a surge in manpower supply to Malaysia, particularly in industry and agriculture.
